We are pleased to introduce a new and improved Online Banking service for our members. The new service is part of our ongoing commitment to bringing you the best possible online banking experience and to enhancing your online and mobile account access and security.

Converting Users

(Registered users of the old Online Banking service who are converting to the new service)

When you log in to the new Online Banking for the first time, you will not use your old password. Instead, you must enter your full member number in the Username field, and in the Password field you will enter a temporary password which is set as the last six digits of your social security number. You will then be prompted to create a unique username and password for future use.

New Users

(Individuals who were not registered users of the old Online Banking service or who registered after 2/5/2014)

When you log in to the new Online Banking for the first time, enter your full member number in the Username field and your four-digit PIN in the Password field. You will then be prompted to create a unique username and password for future use.

Note: Your PIN is provided at account opening and is typically the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number. If you have used the AUDRE telephone system to change your four-digit PIN at any point, the PIN you selected for AUDRE will be your temporary password for the new Online Banking service.

Once you are logged in, use the one-stop homepage to access key financial management tasks in a single click. Start paying bills, set up eBills, use budgeting tools, check your balances and much more, all with added convenience, security and reliability. You will enjoy greater control of your finances with this powerful, intuitive and easy-to-use service.

Included with this upgrade is a new and improved Mobile App for iPhone®, iPad®, AndroidTM and Kindle devices. After you log in to the new Online Banking service and activate or re-activate your account, delete your old app, if you have one, and download the new Point Breeze Credit Union Mobile App from your app store--it's FREE! Note: The old app will no longer work.
