Meet AUDRE, our automated phone teller. AUDRE makes it simple for you to manage your accounts and make routine transactions using your telephone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This FREE service enables you to check balances, transfer funds between accounts, verify deposits or cleared checks, and more.
Registered users can access AUDRE by calling 410.780.0408 or 855.324.0408 (toll-free) from any touch tone telephone.

Find out when a deposit hits your account, view transaction history, and more. Your account information is at your fingertips by simply texting a short command to 454545.
Getting started is easy
- Log in to Online Banking and select Text Banking & Alerts under Additional Services
- Click on Activate to add and verify your mobile number
- Select your primary account and transfer source account (or do not allow transfers)
- Accept the terms and conditions and click save
- You are now ready to use Text Message Banking

Point Breeze Credit Union will never send unsolicited text messages. Mobile alerts and related text messages will be sent from 454545. If you receive a suspicious text message, please report the incident to our Member Service Center at 410.584.7228.
