NEW USERS: If you are a first time user (i.e., you have not registered for Online Banking prior to 2/5/14), please enter your full member number in the Username field and the four-digit PIN provided to you at account opening in the Password field. (Typically the PIN is the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.) You will then be able to set up your own unique username and password for future use.
CONVERTING USERS: When you log in to the new Online Banking system for the first time, you will not use your current password. Instead, you must enter your full member number in the Username field and the temporary password which is the last six digits of your social security number. You will then be able to set up your own unique username and password for future use.
