In just two easy steps, you too can become a member of Point Breeze Credit Union.
- Print and complete the membership application in its entirety. Be sure to sign and date at the bottom. Joint applicants must also sign and date the application.
- Return the application in person at any Point Breeze Credit Union office or by mail* with the following:
- Unexpired government-issued photo I.D., such as a driver's license or state-issued I.D. card, for you and any joint applicants
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement or deed with your current address) if the address on your application does not match the address on your photo I.D.
- $5 minimum deposit

*Mailed applications are accepted from existing members wishing to add accounts and new members from an affiliated group/business partner. All other new membership applications must be submitted in person with the required documentation.
