We've added text messaging to our debit and credit card fraud monitoring communications.
No enrollment process is required.
If we have your mobile phone number on file, you will be able to have a fraud alert text messaged to you. You will only receive a text message if a suspicious transaction is detected on your debit or credit card. Make sure we have your current email address and mobile phone number on file to ensure timely fraud monitoring communications.
Below are samples of the messages you may receive. Simply reply 'Yes' if the transaction is valid or 'No' if it is fraud. You can choose to opt out of this free service* at any time by replying 'Stop' to any message received from our Fraud Center.
Reminder:
You are your best line of defense when it comes to fraud protection. We encourage you to monitor your account activity regularly either online or by reviewing your monthly statements. Utilize online or mobile banking to review transactions frequently and
set up alerts to notify you of certain account activity. And most importantly, notify us of any unauthorized transactions right away.
