System Upgrade August 9-12, 2024

We’re committed to providing you with easy, reliable banking solutions by continually enhancing the quality of the products and digital services we offer. Over the weekend of August 9-12, 2024, we will upgrade our technology system to deliver on that promise. We’ve done extensive planning to minimize service disruptions, but there will be office closures and some services will be unavailable while we complete the system upgrade. 

A more efficient, advanced system lets us provide better service in person, over the phone, and online. We thank you for your membership and appreciate your patience while we take this important step for you and future generations of Point Breeze members.

Debit and Credit Cards

You will be able to use your Debit and Credit Cards as normal.

ATMs

You will be able to use ATMs for withdrawals and deposits.

Offices and Member Service Center

All Point Breeze offices and our Member Service Center will be closed Saturday, August 10 and Monday, August 12.

Mobile/Online Banking

Mobile/Online Banking will be unavailable from 6:00 p.m. Friday, August 9 through Monday, August 12. Following the system upgrade, you will continue to use your same User ID and Password to access Mobile and Online Banking.

AUDRE Telephone Banking

AUDRE Telephone Banking will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 9 through Monday, August 12. The first time you call AUDRE after August 12, you will re-enroll as a new user and create a new 6-digit PIN to use for subsequent logins.

Preparation Checklist

  • If you have any internal or external transfers scheduled to occur between August 9 and August 12, reschedule those to occur either before August 9 or after August 12.
  • Schedule any new online bill payments before August 9 or after August 12.
  • Plan ahead for any specific needs you may have and take care of those before August 9 or after August 12.
  • If you have a joint owner on your account, be sure to share this information with them.
  • Confirm your contact information is up to date so you can receive important communications. If needed, make updates in Online Banking, complete the Change of Address form on our website, or stop by one of our offices.
  • Mark your calendar for August 9-12, 2024.

All Point Breeze Credit Union offices and our Member Service Center will be closed Saturday, August 10 and Monday, August 12.

Yes. You will be able to use ATMs during the system upgrade.

Yes. You will be able to use your Debit and Credit Cards as normal during the system upgrade.

If you need to report a lost or stolen Credit or Debit Card, please contact 800.472.3272. Orders for new cards placed between 5:00 p.m. August 7 and August 12 will be processed after August 12.

All direct deposits received by 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 9 will be posted as normal. Direct deposits received after this time will be posted after Monday, August 12.

No. Your member number will remain the same.

Your account number(s) will remain the same. However, account suffixes will change from two digits to four digits with leading zeroes representing the additional digits.  (For example, if your current account suffix is 02, after the system upgrade your account suffix will be 0002.)

Yes. You may apply for a consumer loan (e.g., vehicle loan, personal loan, credit card) during upgrade weekend by calling our 24-hour Loan By Phone at 410.682.6774. Online applications for consumer loans will be unavailable from Friday, August 9 at 6:00 p.m. through Monday, August 12. Online mortgage applications will remain available during upgrade weekend.

No. Your Mobile/Online Banking login will remain the same. You will use your same User ID and Password to access Mobile/Online Banking after the system upgrade is complete.

No. Your account history will be retained in Mobile/Online Banking for the usual 90 days. Descriptions of transactions posted before the system upgrade may look different than transactions posted after the system upgrade.

No. Online Bill Pay will be unavailable from 6:00 p.m. Friday, August 9 through Monday, August 12. Schedule any new payments before August 9 or after August 12.

No. Mobile Deposit will be unavailable from 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 9 through Monday, August 12.

Yes. Automatic loan payments will process as usual.

No. If you have any transfers scheduled to occur between August 9 and August 12, reschedule those to occur either before August 9 or after August 12.

Yes. The first time you call AUDRE after August 12, you will re-enroll as a new user. Press or say 2 on your phone and follow the easy prompts to enroll. During this first call, you will be asked to create a new 6-digit PIN which you will use for subsequent logins.

No. Your statements will be mailed and/or uploaded to Mobile/Online Banking within the normal delivery timeframe after the end of each statement period. Descriptions of transactions posted before the system upgrade may look different than transactions posted after the system upgrade.
