College-bound members have several scholarship opportunities
20th Annual Point Breeze Credit Union Scholarship
Point Breeze Credit Union will award 20 scholarships, worth $2,000 each, to eligible members currently in their senior year of high school who plan to attend a full-time accredited two- or four-year college or accredited technical school in 2026.
- Applicants must be a current owner, joint owner or named on a custodial account in good standing with Point Breeze.
- The account must remain in good standing to be eligible for a scholarship award.
The deadline for applications is April 30, 2026. Completed applications must be submitted to [email protected] or delivered in person to a Point Breeze Credit Union office by April 30, 2026. Awards will be announced in June 2026.
The Credit Union Foundation MD|DC Scholarships
College and trade school-bound Point Breeze members may also apply for one of ten $2,000 essay-based scholarships and one of two $2,000 video-based scholarships, offered by the Credit Union Foundation MD|DC. You may apply in both categories!
The deadline for applications is April 15, 2026. Awards will be announced in June 2026.
