Telephone Banking
Put AUDRE, our automated phone teller, in your favorites list so you can get in touch anytime by calling 410.780.0408 or 855.324.0408 (toll-free). Check balances, move money between accounts, verify deposits or cleared checks and more – at no cost.

Text/SMS Banking
Consider this the OG Mobile Banking. It's even flip phone-friendly. Send text commands to access account information quickly, such as when a deposit hits your account, your transaction history and more. Here's how to get started:
- Log in to Online Banking and select Text Banking & Alerts under Additional Services.
- Click on Activate to add and verify your phone number.
- Select your primary account and transfer source account (or do not allow transfers).
- Accept the terms and conditions, and click save.
Once you activate the service, text any of these commands to 454545.
Command and Description
- BAL: Primary account balance
- BAL ALL: All account balances
- LAST: Last five transactions on primary account
- BAL CHK: Account balance of checking account
- BAL SAV: Account balance of savings account
- TRANS: Transfer funds to primary account
- HELP: Help
- STOP: Deactivate Text Banking service
