As part of the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (S.A.F.E. Act) of 2008, the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) was launched to, among other goals, ensure uniformity of real estate licensing across the states and protect consumers.

Point Breeze Credit Union’s NMLS-registered employees are authorized to accept real estate (home equity and mortgage) applications and to quote rates for those applications.
